Director reponsible for growing the IT managed services business for PTS-Consulting. Primary focus is around IT techincal support, Telecoms Expense Management and Market Data Management.

Head of Professional Services Group (PSG) UKI reporting to the Managing Director UKI and responsible for a multifunctional team of 100+ staff and £16.7M budget. PSG has responsibility for designing, project managing, planning, installing, integrating and supporting all Reuters’ products and technologies for over 2600 clients across the UK and Ireland (a £400M business). This includes; Reuters Market Data Systems, Transaction and Desktop products, Electronic Trading platforms, Risk Systems, contributions and real-time, historic and reference datafeeds.Also responsible for growing the professional services business, with a 2006 revenue target of £4.8M.

Responsible for leading a cross functional team of 51 staff, managing a �7.5M cost base and growing and protecting over �34M of annual revenue. Develops sales campaigns in order to grow revenue, identifies opportunities to reduce ongoing cost base, manages the delivery of key product upgrades, creates service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and ensures all staff have development plans in order to retain top talent and improve morale. Acts as the senior representative of Reuters within Ireland with ownership for promoting the brand and building a senior network of contacts.
