I was a co-founder and President of an enterprise analytic SaaS company called APT that helped companies design and measure in market experiments. We worked with ~200 global brands across industries, who used our software to make better and more empirical decisions on the key issues they face. APT was consistently cited as a great place to work, including as the only company to be recognized by the Washington Post in consecutive years as the best large company to work for in the Washington DC area. We sold APT to Mastercard in May 2015 for $600M. As President of APT, I helped grow the company from an idea to over $150M in revenue and over 500 people across the globe. We were profitable since our early days and sustained ongoing high growth as we scaled across industries and geographies. After the acquisition, I then helped lead the integration into Mastercard for the following three years. Since APT, I continue to serve on some boards of directors and to serve as an advisor and coach to the leadership teams of other startup. In addition, I'm part of a team that recently launched a new platform to help students better learn for tests and quizzes.
