Patrick's transaction experience includes assisting clients on the buy-side (acquisitions) and sell-side (divestitures) through the due diligence process and carve-out/separation activities on transactions ranging over $2.5 billion to $12 million.Patrick has diverse industry experience including consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, government contracting, financial services, healthcare and food services.
