Senior Production Shift Manager
1) Startup operations at Dyson's new manufacturing facilities at West Park, Tuas, Singapore2) Coordinating resources to meet customer demand with highest quality, on-time delivery at optimum cost.3) Identifying, recommending & facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence in output, utilization, quality and cost.4) Support and work with cross functional departments such as HR, Finance, IT, Commercial in ensuring overall effectiveness. 5) Resolve & handle production line-related, quality and equipment issues to optimise production up time.6) Responsible for staffing, deployment, training and development of manufacturing operations.7) Coach, train and motivate supervisors, line leaders and operators to create a best culture and develop a high performing production team.8) Support World Class Manufacturing practices such as 6 Sigma & Lean Manufacturing strategies.9) Optimise scheduling & planning of production to achieve lowest cost per unit.10) Drive on work place safety and ensuring zero industrial accident recorded.
