My job as a service advisor is mainly allocate the work within the workplace and to ensure that quality is achieved which we have set. I act as the first point of contact for customers on the repair and maintenance of their trucks. In the absence of the service manager I fulfil this function as true as I can. My responsibilities in the organizational angle is mainly making an efficient and real planning for the work of the mechanics. Where preparing and checking the work orders naturally arises. Financially , the cost of repair and maintenance is also a task that is performed by me. This may be partly due to the optimization of productivity and time spent by the technicians. Staff duties associated with this function are motivating and encouraging the technicians. Also optimize the satisfaction among mechanics. This could be achieved by identifying training needs and technical support and instruction of technicians. Finally there plays also a commercial job within this function. This means for me that I should answer to customers quickly and correctly. Caring for optimizing customer satisfaction and bringing in service-oriented activities.

My job as Customer advisor is primarily about managing the customer communication to a high quality of customer service, to bring the company increases to a higher level and also reputation. So that there could be added value for the sale department.My job has a high demand situation, this is a daily occurrence and it requires a strong coping and communication skills. The daily work consists mainly about the treatment of incoming calls, general administrative tasks, updating the daily work planning and dealing with correspondence. At Scania Zwolle Beers I worked as a warehouse manager. During these years I have been active in all matters what is happening in and around the warehouse. so as journal entry, order and invoices of these parts. Other projects were redesign the warehouse with a view to efficiency of the mechanics, because we have a open warehouse structure. Furthermore, I also did all foreign-related affairs. So I have parts delivered to Europe, Panama, Libya, Malta, Burundi, Afghanistan and Ghana. For Ghana, I even been to spot to deliver the parts and give a little helping hand at maintance and repairs. I was also the point of contact and mediator for the parts that were used for the Scania Dutch army vehicles. Which the Dutch army has a property of 555. This was also at the time that there was a peacekeeping mission in Afghanistan. And I had to deal with urgent orders and the entire of the administrative process

After my school period I have worked at an employment agency at Scania Beers Emmen. In this period I have also worked in the Scania factory at Zwolle for the military project. After this I went to Scania Beers Zwolle to work further on the military project. My function in the project was to make end inspections. This was to make sure that the trucks were delivered in a good state and the same implementation
