I'm a student learning mathematics at the Urbana-Champaign University of Illinois, and I'm a student to learn how to apply mathematics towards my career.Over the years I've built may skills around software development from high school to working at the library and learning now in university. In high school I've learnt the basics of programming like using python, java, and html with css. In the library I learnt to program in excel to display in a list the last time a shelve has been checked and sorted, so staff wouldn't check the same shelf multiple times, when another shelf hasn't been touched in months and needs to be checked.In university I've been able to work on projects where I built a backend that'd interact with a sql database running on postgresql via rust. On that project we used rust for our frontend via Yew.Also, during high school I learnt more about computer science through the CS50 HarvardX program where I learnt using memory with the C programming language, some data structures, and learnt how to interact with a sql database.
