WHO I AM :My name is Patrick O’Riordan and for over 30 years I have been helping individuals improve themselves and be the best of what they want to be. From coaching and training in retail stores. More recently I have also been certified in coaching, NLP, and timelines. I am focusing on working with individuals who want more, especially those going through midlife who are looking to live to their purpose. I Work with these individuals to:1. Know exactly HOW they interact with the world currently and understand their personal preferences in relevant circumstances. 2. Identify WHAT are their actual personal values and help with any conflicts that may have arisen in them. 3. Spot WHERE any limiting beliefs they hold and aid in the removal of them. 4. Show HOW to create an ethical, compelling goal and aims for themselves, that they are motivated to and then accomplished in a timely fashion.5. Create an ongoing plan to deliver their aims and live the life they truly desire. I achieve the above Results for the individuals through a combination of 121 Coaching and self-exploration exercises. Whilst leaving them with tools they can reuse and revisit when they want, they keep expanding their lives.
