1. Provide leadership in identifying, profiling, verification of Households in destitutions and facilitating linkages with appropriate social protection programs.2. Provide oversight to ensure that implementation of VSLA+, youth focused, market systems and group based education are in line with the Better Outcomes Project Economic Strengthening technical guide and strategies.3. Participate/facilitate capacity building training of beneficiaries, community Based trainer and groups/community structures with periodic visit to VSLA group within the project area4. Directly supervise and routine monitoring of filed structure (Sub-county supervisors, Social workers & Community Based Trainers) to ensure effective execution of their duties 5. Manage and monitor economic empowerment program budget and provided timely accountability of the fund in line with KWEPI and donor policies and procedure.6. Prepare periodic work plan, budget, documentation and periodic reporting using appropriate tool7. Liaises and consults regularly with the relevant line local Government authorities, Production departments, religious leaders, Civil Society Organizations, and other stake holders where appropriate on implementation economic strengthening project activities.8. Work closely with the Case Management officer and Youth Officers & provide guidance on rolling out economic strengthening interventions for youth & other Youth groups9. Provide technical oversight to protection programs, develop best practice and minimum standards, coordinate support to program team & participate in emergency responses.10. To develop accurate activity based budgets, monitor all expenditure on this budgets and ensure there is no significant variance between approved budgets with transparency

1. Develop and share with Field Assistants (FA) and Community Based Trainers (CBT) develop periodic work plans for Economic strengthening activities2. Participate in identifying, profiling, verification of Vulnerable Children Households facilitating linkages with appropriate social protection programs.3. Provide routine monitoring and support supervision to the CBTs and DBTs to ensure quality programming4. Coordinate/Prepare and submit key VSLA and market based progress performance reports and VSLA+ MIS & ensure VSLA MIS reports are shared with Local Government quarterly and consortium partners quarterly5. Monitor the private sector led activities to ensure that the agreed deliverables are achieved6. Train staff and other relevant partners on VSLA+ methodology and ensure VSLA modal is well implemented 7. Take lead in identifying training needs for Field Assistant, Community Based Trainers, Farmer Field School Facilitators in Economic Strengthening interventions8. Coordinate training with Consortium partners in Economic Strengthening to ensure an integrated service delivery model.

1. Provide direct technical support supervision to Staff and work closely with relevant structures to ensure and maintain quality program implementation in coordination with other programs.2. Ensure proper documentation of all project activities under him and write quality periodic annual and monthly reports of each project3. Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of resources allocated to Projects and timely accountability of funds.4. To facilitation capacity building, advocacy and assist project staffs with preparation of activity budget, work plans and ensure that it is effectively managed5. Accounting officer to manage the budget and ensure financial control of the project in accordance with finance policy and procedures manual and other organizational policies.6. Network and coordinate with key stake holders in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects activities7. Provide support in organizing and conducting start up training and monthly workshops and necessary in-service training for parents, care takers and other community members.8. Responsible for proposal development and ensure that new projects is brought on board and incorporated at the Diocesan Office9. Ensure proper flow of information between the different departments and that policies and guidelines are adhered to by Project staffs
