My responsibilities include• Issuing and monitoring the movement of stocks from the ware house to its allocated place.• Strictly ensuring that stocks are issued out based on the company’s policies and procedures.• Generating monthly stock movement report and inform management on decisions to take.• Evaluating all DPC receipts at the end of each month before coding is done.• Undertaking monthly or bi weekly stock taking at the various outlets across Ghana and reporting on how stocks are manage at the out stations.• Generate each DPC stocks in and out with it equivalent payments at the end of each month.• Re- checking of all stocks coded into the Malaysian system for accuracy and omission before payments are done. • Ensures that all newly introduce products into the country are registered with the Food and Drugs board before they are issued out.• Ensuring that stocks issued to DPC are fully paid for and in events where payments are not done, the goods are retrieved from them within a month.• Ensures that stocks issued and received have the source documents to back the issue and received.undertaking audit work at the various outlets, that is in Tamale, Wa, Kumasi and Tadi. the audit work covers stocks and cash movement in the branches.
