I have recently completed the Public Relations Diploma program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Richmond, British Columbia. After earning my diploma I plan on working in the Public Relations industry or in a office environment. Working in a professional setting has given me the skills and abilities to communicate effectively with others from diverse backgrounds and skill levels while also being able to handle the demands of balancing time-sensitive tasks as well as administrative work. My current employment consists of providing exceptional Customer service and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with our services and products. Providing this is something I aim for each day and continue working to perfect in every aspect possible
