I created utilities that assisted with the the copying of files based on change that previously was performed manually saving 2 hours semi-daily. I wrote an escalation report website to be used by the release and support teams that pulls data from the Team Foundation Server as well as sends a daily snapshot email which saved an average of 3 hours per day for the individual that did it manually before the automated report. I migrated a database process that took hours to compare files to a more simplified in-memory compare tool that would also email out results in a minute. I am the sole workflow developer for 8 of our IBM Domino Notes servers (5 sites). I am working to migrate functionality from IBM Domino Notes to Office 365 SharePoint. I am also a team member of our S.T.E.M. committee to teach kids about programming.

I have contributed to the development testing of "Sales Tax Office" during a transition to .NET framework 4.0, and for a new product, "RADAR.' Providing Quality Assurance and support, I helped ensure on-time releases for all updates for "Sales Tax Office" and "RADAR" applications. This role included Tier 2 escalation support representative. I was responsible for the diagnosis, confirmation, and reporting of defects as reported by customers.

Tested "Sales Tax Load Utility" and "Sales Tax Office" and maintained testing scripts for several products. Taught SQL class for support and testing departments resulting in a savings of over $5000 dollars. I also handled the testing of the product installer. I aided in the creation of and maintenance of a virtualization data center for all of CCH Corporate Services testing.

Created and maintained testing scripts. I also trained my team in the testing script procedures, creation and maintenance. Setup machines for QTP automation tests, installation testing and development testing.
