Throughout the years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative, I have assisted all possible types of people with their specific concerns. From answering how a certain product works to providing reason for account reinstatements, I can provide assistance to a customer as much as I can.One of the key factors of being CSR is being open to rapid changes. You will need to adapt from certain scenarios to schedule changes. Though the COVID situation has crippled most industries, our company gave us the opportunity to work from home. From which it has certain advantages to disadvantages that you will need to take note on to keep your physical, mental and emotional health in check. Though we can say that a CSR is only limited to his training of the product, much like any other fields of work, you can apply what you have learned from your previous experience to make sure the customer is provided excellent service. There is no such thing as the perfect product or support, there will always be flaws on all the products you will handle. It is the same thing with providing proper support, you can always screw up on what you can give them. But I always remember this motto of mine: failure is the lesson you can always learn. You need to keep on learning to make yourself better tomorrow.
