I coordinated transitional living services for youth in foster care. I provided direct assistance with daily living skills, employment, education, and housing. I worked with youth experiencing a mental health crisis as the Crisis Diversion Manager. I provided facilitation services to families using the wraparound model.

Facilitation workers provide home and community based services as an alternative for youth who meet criteria for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility level of care. Wraparound facilitators are responsible for leading family teams by planning and executing team meetings, coordinating logistics, maintaining necessary notes and paperwork and supporting the family in developing the four core components of theory of change. Youth Support Staff work directly with youth in the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility.

As a Senior Mentor I organized and managed mentors that worked directly with at-risk youth and youth with developmental disabilities.
