- Create groups and users and manage their global access rights- Deactivate accounts following the exit process- Analyse and resolve user account issues- Grant access rights on network drives- Manage profiles and SecurID token- Apply the segregation of duty for an optimal security- Execute the global tasks in access management

- Process account creation/modification requests and network access requests on Windows XP,7 and10 environments using tools like: Active Directory, LDAP, UNIX, IBM Mainframe, Lotus Notes, Citrix Virtual Desktop, Hummingbird , Outlook Exchange, Good, FRACAS, HMS, Unicenter USD, Blackberry, Lync, SecurId Card.- Counseling clients on how to make decisions and adopt Information Security good practices.- Resolution/Follow-up of incidents.- Preparing technical documents on current and new procedures.- Participate in knowledge transfer with technical teams using video conferencing.- Act as the single point of contact for Account Management group regarding the technical aspects of access security.

- Incident resolutions related different applications like: Catia, Citrix, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Lync, Internet, Intranet, Java, etc.- Software install with DSM, SCCM, or manually.- Participate in different projects: (Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 deployment, migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook, domain migration in Active Directory).

- Taking calls, assess the client needs and resolving applications problems including SAP, Lotus Notes, HMS, Capp/D and others.- Routing high priority and regular incidents about applications, and the telephony system to the appropriate team.
