Duties were to maintain work orders through product release to finished goods ensuring customer satisfaction objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to maximize sales and profits. Also ensure execution and continuous improvement of order entry and planning related to replenishment and demands. Perform a variety of scheduling and coordinating functions that are assembled daily for production. Maintain stock levels to assure minimal disruption to product shipment. Encounter diverse problems requiring some decisions to be made immediately and priorities are established by the demands of the delivery schedule to customers and operations. Effectively and consistently monitor progress and meet deadlines. Work with sales and customer service to resolve problems that prevent timely shipments of product and material to set demand requirements. Drive change and promote creativity surrounding lean manufacturing. Last participate in sales and operations planning meetings for product delivery performance analysis, unit's sales analysis, establish finished goods inventory targets, distribution requirement plans, and corresponding supply forecast.

Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and successfully implementing all non-selling operations in the back-end of the store (during the overnight shift or the Night Ops role), facilitating the store's ability to provide a superior customer shopping experience and maximize sales and profitability.This includes leading a team responsible for critical support processes including receiving and stocking inventory, assembling product, and delivery.In addition, to training associates, manages performance, and creates schedules for the team to ensure adequate department coverage at all times. To be successful, must collaborate and communicate with my peers on the leadership team to ensure that critical information is being shared and to determine the most effective methods for meeting service objectives and customer needs.

Duties are to assists and facilitates in case picking and sorting within a portion of the automated warehouse environment using computers, software and complex machines. Multi-tasking and making sound decisions in a noisy and time-sensitive environment. In this position I operate VPS Vertique Picking & loading software within the automation environment with a high degree of competence. Maintain proper function of certain machines through advanced problem- solving skills and logic to include simple data manipulation. Also with making sound decisions and multi-task simultaneously without constant supervision.

Responsible for the fulfillment of Customer Orders by retrieving and stacking specific products and quantities as specified on the Pick Ticket, Computer Screen assigned on a pre-determined conveyor and, or pallet. This is accomplished by traveling throughout the Warehouse. Pick Area and building stable pallet(s) of product, meeting or exceeding Warehouse, Company expectations regarding safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Requests and print required reports for cycle counting. • Accurately count items in locations. • Reconcile inventory variances. • Identify item variances requiring recounts based on company policy and request counts. • Recount items for other team members. • Operate various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). • Accurately cycle count items per daily cycle schedule. • Audit counts and determine items that require recounts. • Perform bin audits as assigned to fix inventory errors as they occur.
