I worked at Wilder Hydro-power station in Wilder, Vermont. Initially under the NERC Compliance team- I attended NPCC conferences with other balancing authorities. My primary duty was to analyze NERC reliability standards for updates and how to implement them to our facilities with the team. I assisted with the security upgrade project at several of our Hydro facilities and many other projects. I moved to working with Energy Operations under the Operations Coordinators. I primarily conducted data analysis. During my final time with TransCanada I worked with the Project Management team. I assisted with a hydro generator rebuild, constructed databases and relationships with Microsoft Access, and learned basic VBA skills to help with processes for Energy Operations and Project Management.
