I originally started in Springfield MO as an assistant manager role at hiring. Since then, I've moved to Everett, and have worked in both the Kirkland and Shoreline locations as an assistant manager. I'm responsible for training new team members, taking care of producing customer orders, ensuring quality is delivered on all orders, situation diffusal in tense times, opening and closing the store, handling shipments, and running the store in the absence of the store manager.

It was my job to know every job on every line (12 lines) so that I could train any new hires in assembly of products that would fit quality checking.
