At locations that currently had a BCP document in effect, itis my responsibility to review and update the document to ensure that it accurately identifiescritical systems and the steps necessary to recover our business systems and production in theevent of a disaster. I traveled to different divisions within the corporation to observe and auditthe Disaster Recovery Exercise. After observing the exercise, I made recommendations on thesystems that the BCP encompasses. In addition, I performed a physical security evaluation ateach location to assess if there are any potential security breeches at the location. Schedule thevisits during the year based upon the criticality and rotation sequence.
