Patrick PELLE a effectué toute sa carrière dans les métiers gaziers du transport : conception, construction, exploitation et maintenance de réseaux de transport haute pression, de stockages souterrains et d’installations de gaz naturel liquéfiés (terminal méthanier, stations satellites de regazéification, navire méthanier ).En 2005, il prend la Direction de la Région Val de Seine (Île de France - Normandie) à sa création.Entre le 1er janvier 2013 et le 30 juin 2015 il a été Directeur des Affaires Publiques et du Développement Durable et membre du Comité de Direction de GRTgaz.Patrick PELLE est Président d'Honneur de l’Association Française du Gaz en Ile de France- Normandie, Ancien Vice-Président de NATUREPARIF ainsi qu’ ancien administrateur de l’Institut de l’Economie Circulaire. Actuellement membre du Conseil d’Administration de ELENGY SA (terminaux méthaniers)Il a été également Secrétaire général entre le 1er octobre 2014 et le 30 juin 2015 Patrick PELLE has designed, built and operated gas transmission networks, underground storages and LNG terminals. He managed cathodic protection specialists and large operational units ( till 650 employees) . In his last job he was member of steering committee of GRTgaz in charge of public affairs and sustainable development.Honorary president of French Gas Association in Ile de France and Normandy , ex member of the board of French Gas Association, ex member of the board of Institut de l' Economie Circulaire , ex Vice President of NATUREPARIF ( regional agency for preservation of biodiversity) Since June 5th 2015 , Patrick PELLE is vice chair of Transmission Committee of International Gas Union . Member of the Board ELENGY SA (methane terminals)
