Current- Inbound customer service inquiries from providers, members and other departments, qualified to help customers determine care needed, successfully process health and dental applications for insurance.
- Process Life Change Events for customers and assist with creating Medicaid applications and navigation of Peak and C4 websites
- Understand medical terminology from carriers, brokers, HCGs in regard to enrolling, plan advice, account changes and other various plan information
- Process appeals and complaints, research various spreadsheets to ensure enrollment is effectuated, requested changes were made to insurance plans after open enrollment resolve stuck accounts.
- Explain deductibles, explain tax credits, out of pocket cost and co-pays, help select an insurance plan that would accommodate pre-existing conditions and prescriptions
