● Train and develop a team of up to three direct reports.● Maintain a working knowledge of all current Local, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to Underground Storage Tanks (UST), Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST), Fire Codes, and Air Pollution Control District (APCD).● Maintain Company standards pertaining to matters of compliance with both existing and upcoming regulatory requirements. ● Maintain records associated with the underground and above ground storage tank systems to include: permits, testing, hazardous materials business plans (HMBP), financial responsibility, emergency response plans, spill prevention counter control measure plans (SPCC), and storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP).● Manage on-site hazardous waste program to ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal practices. ● Find and develop efficiencies in existing compliance programs. For example: Revamping in house compliance audit forms to match compliance paperwork stored on site.● Assist with all aspects of budget planning and implementation for capital projects, operating maintenance, and recurring expenses at company locations.

● Manage repair and maintenance issues for 140+ company operated locations including convenience stores, unmanned cardlocks, and bulk petroleum storage facilities.● Prioritize maintenance request received via the company help desk system according to impact on customers and company operation. ● Troubleshoot via phone and email with site level personnel to resolve issues.● Dispatch in house maintenance staff or outside contractors to resolve issues.● Provide on call support for after hour and weekend emergencies.● Effectively communicate expectations and scope of work to internal and external technicians.● Manage repairs and small construction projects by determining best course of action, soliciting bids, hiring contractors, and managing completion of the job. ● Manage multiple job sites, contractors, and projects simultaneously and often remotely.● Review, evaluate, and approve contractor and supplier invoices for accuracy.● Negotiate and manage rates for projects, labor, and supplies with hired contractors.● Maintain approved contractor and supplier lists based on geographic service locations.● Prepare cost analysis reports for site equipment to determine if cause exists to replace said equipment.

● Oversee daily operations and events being held at the Roseville Sports Center facility, inclusive of membership sales, event rentals, and recreation programs.● Oversee the safe and proper operation of the Roseville Sports Center facility; ensure facility rules and safety guidelines are followed; maintain order with disruptive patrons and exercise crowd control when warranted; refer escalated issues to assigned supervisor or proper authorities. ● Complete written reports, special projects, and records as required. Examples include expired membership reports, facility attendance reports, and after-event damage reports.● Organize liability waivers for memberships.● Supervise assigned temporary staff; schedule, train and monitor staff relative to assigned facility duties.● Promote and enforce safety procedures; render first aid and CPR, if needed.● Know, understand and communicate department programs and services. ● Build and maintain positive working relationships with Roseville Sports Center facility peers, other City employees, and the public using principles of good customer service. ● Handle daily cash, check, and credit card deposits for the Roseville Sports Center facility.● Onboard and mentor new Facility Managers and Customer Service Representatives.● Answer multiple phone lines (3), handling customer registrations, picnic rentals, general information, and complaints.● Create permits and contracts for City run field rentals● Instruct sports fundamental classes of 12-15 participants classes for ages 2-5.
