I partner directly with my clients to build strong relationships to gain insight into the type of professionals that will fit well within their respective organizations. I've found that in order to become a valued business partner it is critically important to obtain a deep understanding of your client's mission and culture. I accomplish this by immersing myself in the company’s day-to-day operations, meeting with executives and individual contributors alike, and continuously striving to understand the overarching business aims of my clients.
