Financial/SAP Operation Support (FSOS) - GLOBE TELECOM, INC.SAP User and Responsible under Project System such as: Reviewing and approval of Purchase Requests in Ariba. Processing of EC notification and OSI Request Form prior GR processing and pull-out of Equipment in Warehouse. Handles the PR to PO Reporting. Budget Monitoring - updates weekly and monitors all the budget of any projects. Coordination and assists proponents and other departments in their requests. Submits Daily EOD Report to my Immediate Superior. Guides and monitors the daily work of the agents. Checks and approves attendance, overtime and leave requests of the team on a timely basis. Updates and consolidates the monthly works/reports of the agents. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
