At the same time, I also do the work of a service technician, that consist in verifying, repairing and installing equipment, in house and in the industry across Canada and parts of the United States; to give support to customers 24 hours a day on a service line; and to work in accordance to the industry’s national and international standards (TAPPI, CPPA, ISO, SCAN,…), ISO9000 standards and ESD working techniques (Electro Static Discharge).
