Duties & Responsibilities:• Lead and manage all the recruitment activities (Non-Executive, Executive and Managerial level)• To upkeep and making necessary improvements in the company’s recruitment process• Create a talent attraction strategy that reinforces Company's brand• Compile all the vacancies raise and manpower headcount required, organize the organization hiring plan according to the development plan of organization• Prepare a yearly budget plan for recruitment and making the necessary update of the plan according to changes in the business.• Responsible for the drafting of the advertisement, publishing the vacancies required information on social media• Search and filter resumes, classification, selection, interview arrangement, conduct interview assessment of the candidate, reference check, salary offer and negotiation• Participate and manage various recruitment fairs, activities & initiatives• Assist in Foreign Worker recruitment process with government agencies• To monitor and enhance internship program to ensure a comprehensive internship experience• Coordinate orientation programmes on registration and employee handbook briefing session See less
