• Transfer to Hong Kong for the opening of a new store located at Landmark Hong Kong:
• Management of staff of 6 persons
• Retain cutomer loyalty: 60-65% of the turnover
• Organization of events to promote the brand locally (store opening at Landmark, Chinese New Year, press day)
• Activation of « sleepers » clients through direct messages (email, Wechat, What’s app)
• KPI reviews once per month and team coaching to meet sales targets
