Working as a underground supervisor for a development crew. Ensuring the workforce works safely and productively to continually advancing development rounds underground. Coach and mentor new workers. Assist with challenges and work through issues to continue working safe and achieving a common end goal.

-Planning work and ordering parts and components required-reviewing drawings and addressing issues and ensuring that everything is as per print or spec-issuing RFI and RFC for work being completed-supervising technicians-providing turnover packages to the client-scheduling work to be done -working with the client to ensure timeline and schedules are met-preparing and estimating on work out for tender-reviewing billing’s and working with project controls to capture all work completed during the billing cycles

-Planning and coordinating excavation of the head frame and shaft-working with different companies to ensure one goal is met while erecting the head frame and shaft sinking. -Performing QA/QC on all the steel and concrete components pre and post installation-Reporting and recording all drill data-Scheduling and planning -concrete testing and shaft alignment-coordinate and time underground blast with programmed detonators-seismic monitoring on tailings dam pre and post blast -surveying for critical placement of major supports while shaft sinking-surveying erection of the concrete head frame -underground surveying of the excavation-carrying control points in the head frame prior to steel work being erected

-Building sump system for raisebore-Assist in assembling the raisebore drill-Running underground equipment-Shotcreting-Drilling with raisebore machine

-Construction projects such as building cement pads, ventilation walls, water and sediment dams and shotcrete application-Loading development rounds underground and bolting rounds with jack leg and stopper.-working on improvements on the ore circuit-material management underground -continuous improvements to worksites and storages

-Project Coordinator for the remote loading arm development-Time study and production improvement -Process improvement-Project management -QA/QC on mechanical drawing-Mechanical design

-Working with Cementation to ensure the work was completed in the shaft in a safe working manner-Working with heavy equipment such as a scissor truck, a forklift, and a scoop-Working within the shaft to install steel off the galloway, slinging big pieces of steel to send down to the galloway-Worked with the shaft technician to understand the importance of proper placement of any steel installed within the shaft-Able to read the blue prints and understand the proper placement of the steel with the help of laser levels and surveying equipment

-Working with Cementation to ensure the work was completed in the development of the ramp along with raises-Worked in the ramp underground and understand how the mining cycle works, along with driving a 2 yard and 8 yard scoop-Worked in the track drift and work with a jackleg and had the opportunity to drill holes, load them with explosives and caps-Work in a timber raise or sprag raise with multiple stopers
