Execute and supervise installation of image generator (TROPOS) at CAE and at customer locations. Carry out project specific configurations as well as more subjective customer tunings. Support software integration, updates and upgrades (Windows Operating System). Manage anomalies (s/w or h/w) and priorities to respect schedules and requirements.

Act as the main contact person between Japan Airlines (JAL) and CAE for their Boeing 767 and Boeing 777 full flight simulators. Report all anomalies raised by JAL to CAE and help JAL technical crew (JAT) to resolve them. Provide On-the-job training for software maintenance to JAL members.

Perform customer site visits to install and integrate these solutions and ensure that the problems have been resolved as per customer expectations.
