Coordinate and integrate all software used on the simulator and responsible for configuration control. Manage priorities and responsible to create and maintain the site integration schedule to respect deadlines. Supervision of a 20 engineer-team (software) from different groups.

Execute and supervise installation of image generator (TROPOS) at CAE and at customer locations. Carry out project specific configurations as well as more subjective customer tunings. Support software integration, updates and upgrades (Windows Operating System). Manage anomalies (s/w or h/w) and priorities to respect schedules and requirements.

Act as the main contact person between Japan Airlines (JAL) and CAE for their Boeing 767 and Boeing 777 full flight simulators. Report all anomalies raised by JAL to CAE and help JAL technical crew (JAT) to resolve them. Provide On-the-job training for software maintenance to JAL members.

Analyze all problems reported by the customers and collect relevant information. Contact different groups at CAE to organize and gather the fixes, solutions and explanations. Perform customer site visits to install and integrate these solutions and ensure that the problems have been resolved as per customer expectations.

Development and update of real time simulation models with a high level of realism. Validation of the developed models. Analysis and Documentation of the validation results. Interaction with customers and air crews during acceptance procedures, both at CAE factory and customer site.
