Currently, I direct all after sales, service and support topics, for the LATAM region, including Mexico, Central and South America, with the purposeful intent to grow our OEM/agent/dealer relationships within our customer base throughout the region. I also currently lead and am constantly developing a multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese) technical training platform for our product portfolio for the western hemisphere to better facilitate the expansion of our customer base in support of quicker service response times and providing a more customer-centric approach to overall service and technical support. Integral to the continued development of our existing customer base and acquisition of new customers is working with our sales team to ensure all facets of impeccable customer experience are accounted for. My pervious experience managing all commercial/sales topics throughout the LATAM region enabled a seamless transition into supporting customer development within the scope of my current role as Director.
