Since 2005 collaborating with teachers, students, and community to improve my students performance. Used passion for reading and pedagogical knowledge to engage and teach students with Mild/Moderate learning disabilities. Concrete, physical assessment data displayed student improvement in reading/literacy skills. My responsibilities include working with students on the Autism Spectrum. Directly responsible for behavior management and instruction of students in small groups with mild/moderate disabilities in Special Day Classes. The majority of classes had students with receptive/expressive language delay. We first managed behavior using a token economy then recorded concrete data that students ability had improved.
My strength is quality assurance. Currently, with the training committee, I am working on all aspects of member training with regard to the assistance it will give them in their job search. My passion is mentoring others to realize their dreams.
