• Plan and implement therapeutic and recreational programs stimulating all domains for adults with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementia's, and create monthly calendars and correspondence reflecting these programs
• Work within monthly budgets to ensure all supplies, equipment, and entertainment are provided, and maintained for staff and clients in a timely and cost efficient manner
• Conduct individual recreation assessments to provide quality ongoing and new programming stimulating the interests and needs of all clients
• Coordinate with other London Village programs to schedule use of property facilities such as gymnasium, garden, and swimming pool

• Implement recreation programs to stimulate physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual and social needs of the residents with a wide range of physical and cognitive impairments
• Work along side with Programs/Services Manager to design programming individualized to suit each residents needs corresponding with Cognitive Performance Scale scores.
• Responsible for weekly Point Click Care MDS RAI documentation, RAP and Care Plans
• Supervise volunteers and record/maintain all relevant documentation to ensure quality throughout the department
• Work as part of the interdisciplinary team and assist where needed to help ensure quality service delivery for the residents throughout all departments

• Designed and facilitated sports, social, and wellness programs for college age students to increase sense of community and provide opportunity for activity
• Plan and provide monthly informative wellness displays, posters, and program calendars
• Enforced policy to ensure student safety and building security
• Monitored front desk when Customer Service staff were away to further ensure building security

• Provided excellent customer service to increase and maintain business
• Developed personal photographs ensuring quality and privacy to all parties included
• Assembled and loaded/received home and seasonal items/furniture for consumers
