Professional Qualification/ProfileMr. Prangley has a distinguished record of over thirty-two years of local government management experience. He served as Town Administrator/Chief Operating Officer of Riverdale Park from 1979 -2009 and Town Manager of Berwyn Heights from 1977-1979. He is currently the Representative/Range Rider for the State of Maryland City & County Management Association.Mr. Prangley was Honored by Prince George’s County Municipal Association with Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his three decades of exemplary professional services to the Town of Riverdale Park, Berwyn Heights and Prince George’s County. Mr. Prangley formally served as the elected President of the Maryland City & County Management Association and President of Maryland City & Town Administrators/Managers Department. Also he was elected president of the City & Town Administrators/Managers of the Prince George’s Municipal Association.
