With over 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, I am a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a Director, Operations & Planning at Safran Helicopter Engines, a senior manager in the aerospace industry.In my current role, I lead the engine maintenance center, purchasing, logistics, and corporate tooling distribution activities, overseeing a team of 20 professionals. I have successfully implemented lean initiatives and SAP demand planning modules, resulting in increased efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As an independent writer and a history and political science graduate, I also publish essays on Substack, where I explore North American history from a French Canadian perspective and analyze generational trends.
