In 2016 I was presented with an opportunity to work with ACT, a new company specializing in an address specific sketch service and providing hail reports. The prior 2 years of experience as an independent adjuster in the field gave me the tremendous ability to support new and experienced adjusters with ordering residential and commercial roof sketches. As the company continues to grow, I am tasked with improving Customer Relations, Business Development, Problem Solving and Sales.

In 2015, I was deployed to Oklahoma, Kansas and Colorado to handle claims from hail damage and ground water seepage. During this time met some wonderful people that help to further my career.

Rochester, New York Area

Handle claims in the Buffalo/ Rochester area. Mainly ice damming. Interior as well as exterior damage. Sump pump backup and water mitigation. Commercial and Residential.

Handle daily and residential claims including Cat duty. Responsible for marketing at conventions including the NACA Convention in Panama City in January.

Patrick has owned and operated four restaurants in his lifetime, beginning in 1997 by introducing the first white tablecloth restaurant in Alpharetta, GA and following through the final 10-year sprint of a thriving breakfast and lunch place at Patrick's Café that closed in 2012. Each restaurant that Patrick has owned and operated was started from the ground up and had a huge following of customers due to his hands on approach and interaction with the clientele. In fact, there are people that Patrick encounters today who use to be a customer of his and who still has fond memories of the experience and service that they received at one of his restaurants. Patrick has managed as many as 25 people during his restaurant ownership. While he understood that his restaurant was just a stopping point for many of his employees, he always encouraged them to better themselves. Patrick was unafraid to help people grow and to pursue opportunities outside the restaurant industry if that is what they desired.
