My duties include writing estimates, dealing with insurance companies on all claims as well as supplements and customer service.

At International Autos I started as a lot attendant. My duties included washing and vacuuming all service and loaner cars for the customers. I also had to valet cars for customers. I was promoted to quality control where I had to work directly with the customer, service advisor, and technician to make sure that service work done on the vehicle was done correctly and no other problems were occurring.
