Every day is a new challenge, and one that allows me to use creativity and my natural curiosity to find solutions towards every IT need within our ever-growing company. We have had a plethora of devices which I have been able to hone my skills on, such as Cisco Meraki, Cisco ASA, Sonicwall, and Cisco Firepower for our Networking needs, where I handle nearly all VPN setups and routing details. I help to maintain the functionality and creation of our server environment, helping to support automated updates through Azure, and WSUS. I developed our PXE system, and maintain its usability in our environment to help the Service Desk automate most of their new workstation deployments. I have also worked hard the past few years to improve and perfect our Group Policy Distribution of GPOs to workstations and users alike, where I troubleshoot and maintain their performance standards while maintaining a standard for our company. I also formatted and tested all of our Security policies through Cylance when McAfee was found to be less than capable for our company. I have also helped in the switch from old office products into using Office365 as well as Azure. I created the policy to push out bitlocker to all workstations through Azure, and created some compliance policies as well. I update certificates, and DNS records. I work to help resolve issues in our Diagnostics team as well as the Help desk, and I am the primary admin for our Cisco phone systems. I work with laboratory vendors in bringing in new equipment, sectioning off VLANs, and diagnosing, sometimes FOR the vendor, any network incompatibilities. I work to learn everything I can where IT comes into play within the company, as I don't believe I can fully find the best solutions without understanding the entire scope of workflows.

Working at the IT help desk I amassed a wealth of experience not only in technical support and verbiage, but the healthcare industry.
