Manage Apple's worldwide education advocacy, policy, and assessment initiatives. Managed overall implementation, strategy, and product development for the following programs: Gifted and Talented, ELA/Math State Tests, Summer School, Specialized High School, Special Education, and English Language Learners. Managed $23 Million annual budget.Managed multi-year strategic plans for the administration, scoring, and reporting for all assessment programs and oversaw new technology initiatives to streamline operational efficiencies in NYC DOE.

Associate Director of the Periodic (Formative) Assessment Team. Helped develop and rollout new formative assessment program in New York City to 1,700+ schools and 1.1 Million students. Managed $30 Million annual budget.Managed product development and overall implementation for the following assessment programs: Acuity, Performance Series, Early Childhood Literacy and Math (ECLAS and DIBELS), English Language Learners, and Special Education formative assessments. Piloted new formative, game-based, and computer adaptive assessments for K-12 students to provide actionable data to drive instuction.

Lead Manager of Princeton, New Jersey office.Managed day-to-day implementations of 3 major statewide Department of Education contracts in New Jersey. This included the statewide Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI) program, statewide student data warehouse initiative (NJSMART®), and the Special Education Management system (EasyIEP®) for electronic IEP creation.
