I am a Senior Information Technology Officer who works, as part of the Business Solutions Team in the Technology Solutions Unit and together with the various departments, to implement software solutions for the bank and its external customers.I believe that technology is a great enabler of the bank’s success and is crucial to the achievement of the bank’s mission and its development goals of systematic poverty reduction within the Caribbean region.I have worked at CDB for more than 22 years as part of a team in many roles (coder, trainer, business analyst, project leader) to deliver the best technological solutions to satisfy the many needs of the bank’s departments. I am currently leading a cross-departmental team (HR, Finance, IT) in the implementation of a Human Resource Information System to manage the human capital of the bank.I have been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2007. I hold an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Napier and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Upper Second Class) in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.I am a true competitor, training all year round to enter running races of 5K, 10K, or half marathon. I also volunteer part-time as a track coach at his daughter’s primary school.
