Provide on site technical service as a OEM rep for Coperion during shutdown and routine maintenance on extruders. Coperion manufactures extruders for various industries, from the food and pharmaceutical industries to the petrochemical industry.

Design complex sheetmetal parts using CAD software, lay out parts to optimize material usage and reduce material waste. I've designed and created jigs to increase production on several parts and performed movement students to increase efficiency during the production process.

As a Field Service Technician for Lufkin Industries, my job was to provide on site customer support when it comes to the necessary repair and install of commercial gearboxes. I have provided options on corrective actions to make the necessary repairs to return the equipment to service. Being the company representative on site, it was my duty to determine the root cause of failures to determine if the failure is a warranty issue or due to operator/maintenance error.

As a Project Engineer for the Mission Critical dept. at STSW it was my responsibility to track job site changes as they occurred during the construction of data centers. Working with the superintendent on site, I maintained a daily update of the project schedule and contractor submittals. I met with the architect and client to discuss progress at the site on a weekly basis. For LEED accredited buildings, I coordinated with the contractors to ensure LEED specifications were being met on site during the construction process. Upon completion of the project I generated project documents detailing on pertinent information including contractor submittals, equipment warranties, LEED documents, etc.
