Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida. I also have earned the FSA Credential from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), the Certified Information Privacy Professional U.S. (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) designations from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, as well as the COMPTIA Security+ designation.
