Responsibilities included: The professional development, training, and ongoing mentoring of 16 subordinate Additional Duty Safety Officers, and NCOs; Conducting accident investigations for mishaps involving rotary wing, UAS, ground vehicle, and personnel resulting from human error and material failure accidents. Inspecting/surveying workplaces, Troop Medical Clinics, assessing hazards, developing procedures, and authoring regulations; Training Soldiers and Leaders in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection best practices.

Inspector with 8th Army Resource Management Team, responsible to ensure compliance by all Aviation units in the Republic of Korea with Federal and Army aviation standardization, safety and environmental regulations. Charged with the professional development, training, and ongoing mentoring of 71 subordinate Additional Duty Safety Officers. Additionally responsible for: inspecting/surveying workplaces, assessing hazards, developing procedures/authoring regulations to mitigate risk; training of Soldiers and Leaders in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection best practices; and ensuring Composite Risk Assessment and Management procedures are incorporated into every aspect of the Task Force's mission in order to preserve the combat power of the 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade in its defense of the South Korean Peninsula.
