Leased 5,700 sq.ft. of busy highway store front.Gutted building of prior tenant and worked along with contractor laying out show room walls, office space, warehouse space, window platforms, track lighting, wiring and outlets in walls, sheetrock, taping, spackle. Installed commercial carpets, ceramic tile and platforms finished with oak flooring.Applied all elaborate wall texturizing including; popcorn, stucco, paper, lace, brick, stone etc. Worked with wallpaper, paneling, cedar, pine, cedar and oak wood wall treatments.All common painting techniques used. Basic to advanced faux painting. Striping and custom borders. Murals hand painted or airbrushed on. Many custom paint techniques known only to my style.Business did so well, purchased building in year 2000 increasing size of store to 12,700 sq. ft.
