    - Led the RF IC system architecture of the next 60 GHz wireless generation at 20+Gbps- Led the mmW antenna team. Increased SoC antenna gain by a significant 3dBi with same 1mm2 area. - Defined and deployed two 45-90 GHz RF/mm-wave laboratories to validate and test RF SoCs products more accurately & efficiently.
