My role focuses on providing credit structuring guidance and execution advice for complex and high-value transactions. Retaining an elevated business approval within the first line of defence my responsibilities include: approval/rejection of lending policy exceptions and other complex requests for live transactions; liaising with second line underwriters in relation to client lending proposals; advising Private Bankers in relation to client borrowing requests; and training of credit colleagues new to role. I advise on a range of lending products including residential and BTL mortgages, overdrafts, credit/charge cards, investment backed lending and professional partner equity financing. Show less
