• Worked with my CFO to develop a water & sewer analysis report utilized by upper management to detect leaks through consumption analysis. The report increased the efficiency in detecting and fixing water leaks resulting in substantial savings since its inception in June 2010.• Prepare, analyze & communicate audited financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles with upper management and operations managers.
