I graduated with a PhD in solid state chemistry.I started working for IBM in chips manufacturing as specialist of thin film deposition.Afterwards I led several projects like DRAM technology transfer to Taïwan, South Korea and Germany, process and test synchronisation inside the group and toolset refurbishing.Since 2011 I have been working for Thales where I managed a process team in production support. My main mission was to reduce the cost of non-quality in sub-assemblies manufacturing and to train operators. As an expert in material sciences, I was responsible of the process definition and control. Now I lead innovation and industrialization projects to reduce operation and making costs.By all these experiences, I'm used to work with suppliers as partners, to fulfill customers commitments and to manage programs.I was born in 1961. I live near Paris.
