Utilizing DNA probe technology (BD Affirm VP III) to detect the organisms that cause Vaginitis. Performing fecal immunochemical tests (FIT) using the OC Diana automated system to determine hemoglobin in stool that may be associated with colorectal cancer.Performing PCR assays on the Cobas 4800 to determine the presence of HPV and genotype the 16/18 high risk strains. Pipetting Thin Prep samples daily for automated testing to ensure turnaround time is met; Entering and releasing patient results; Performing QC parallels on amp/detect reagents to determine accuracy of patient results;
