I took part in producing, portioning and finishing pastries, verrines, cakes, and chocolates for the buffet area of the hotel. I also took part in plating and finishing the desserts for the banquet operations whenever there's events held at the hotel. Whenever I have free time, I visit the chocolate room of the kitchen and try to help as much as I can as I learn more about it through partaking in it.
