- Manage needs resulting in more than 120 and the recruitment process- Supervise the team of 8 recruiters (6 in Montreal, 2 in Toronto)- Management of the immigration process (PVT, Jeunes Pro, EIMT, C-16)- Implementation of key performance indicators- Manage suppliers- Recruit and train new team members- Maintain the ISO AS9100 standard
