I am an Operations manager/Team manager in charge of approximately 65 employees. Managing health and safety precautions, inbound and outbound - Alongside contractor permits amongst other activities within the workplace including managing the work place when DC managers are absent. I also spend a fair amount of time on the floor ensuring quality is always met. I have a keen interest in prioritising the health and safety of my employees, I believe the motto my employees should strive to achieve are 'Think safe, work safe & home safe.' I strive to create an environment at work built on the foundation of diversity & communication. Managing 65 employees, I ensure a bully free environment is maintained at all times. A majority of my roles have specialized in management and team leading. I enjoy working in a team and leading to create impact. I believe I delegate tasks fairly and to the best of my ability when working with a deadline. Future aspirations professionally would be to develop my skills further and to build and grow further within this industry.
